SHOEI P.F.S. takes helmet fitting further by looking at your actual head measurements and shape, then using SHOEI’s specialised system to determine where adjustments can be made to the helmet’s centre pad.
The result is a more personalised fit designed to improve comfort, stability and helmet positioning.

Measure
Your head is carefully measured using SHOEI’s specialised P.F.S. measuring equipment. Rather than relying on head circumference alone, the process provides detailed measurements that help us better understand your individual head shape.
Analyse
Your measurements are entered into the SHOEI P.F.S. system and analysed against the internal dimensions of the appropriate SHOEI helmet.
This helps identify areas where the standard liner fit can be improved for your head.
Customise
Using the results, our SHOEI P.F.S.-trained team can customise the liner to provide a more personalised fit.
The aim is simple: reduce unwanted pressure points, improve stability and help position the helmet correctly and comfortably on your head.

What’s included?
Your SHOEI P.F.S. appointment includes specialised head measurement, SHOEI P.F.S. analysis and professional customisation of the internal liner where required.
The service is carried out by a Trooper Lu’s Garage team member trained in the SHOEI Personal Fitting System.
Important to know
- SHOEI P.F.S. customisation applies to the internal pads.
- The helmet shell is not modified.
- Centre pad and cheek pads are included as part of the P.F.S. customisation.
- Available sizes and compatibility depend on the helmet model.
