The Alpinestars SM3 Heat Helmet ECE 22.06 – Silver Blue Black/Matt is a lightweight motocross and off-road helmet engineered to deliver impact protection, ventilation and all-day riding comfort.

Its thermo-injected outer shell uses a specialised polymer blend with varying thicknesses to provide an effective balance of strength and low weight. The helmet also features Alpinestars’ patented low-friction coating within the EPS liner, designed to help reduce rotational acceleration forces during certain angled impacts.

A patented visor release system is designed to detach the visor at a predetermined level of force, helping reduce stress transferred to the rider’s neck during an impact. For improved airflow, the SM3 uses 10 air inlets and 7 exhaust ports to promote ventilation and heat transfer during demanding rides.
