Using advanced open-cell foam technology and FunnelWeb’s unique 3D pyramid-profile design, the FWF548 effectively doubles the external surface area of the foam without increasing the overall filter size.

Twice the Surface Area, Longer Service Intervals

The pyramid-profile foam provides approximately 100% more external surface area than conventional flat filter foam, allowing it to trap and hold significantly more dust before becoming restricted.

By spreading dust build-up across a larger area, the FunnelWeb design helps maintain optimal airflow for longer and can provide around twice the service life between cleans compared with a conventional foam air filter under similar riding conditions.
