The Merlin Codsall D3O® Jacket blends modern streetwear styling with premium motorcycle protection, creating the perfect cold-weather riding jacket for everyday use. Featuring a fashionable baffle-style design and high-quality insulation, the Codsall delivers warmth, comfort, and CE-certified protection for riders who want casual looks without sacrificing safety.

Constructed from a durable 300gsm polyester cotton outer with a DWR (Durable Water Repellency) finish, the Codsall Jacket is designed to handle cooler riding conditions while maintaining a comfortable and stylish fit. The insulated torso and sleeves provide excellent heat retention, while the fixed poly cotton and mesh lining enhances overall comfort during daily rides and commuting.

For protection, the jacket comes equipped with pre-fitted D3O® Ghost shoulder and elbow armour, offering lightweight, flexible impact protection that remains comfortable on and off the bike. A rear protector pocket allows riders to upgrade with an optional D3O® Viper or Ghost back protector for added safety.

Finished with premium YKK® zippers, antique Merlin snap studs, adjustable rider-focused features, and multiple storage pockets, the Merlin Codsall is built to look great both on the bike and off it.
