Warranty Information

Forma Adventure Low Black Boots come with a 12-month warranty covering faulty workmanship and material defects. However, certain conditions apply: Commercial Use: Warranty is restricted to 3 months if the boots are used for motorcycle couriers or commercial purposes. High Humidity Areas: Boots used in high humidity environments also have a 3-month warranty, as moisture exposure can degrade glues and plastics over time. Racing Use: Boots used for racing or in a racing environment are not covered under warranty. Wear & Tear: Sole wear, delamination, Velcro issues, and simple stitching problems are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty. However, most soles can be replaced or re-bonded, and stitching/Velcro repairs can be arranged.

If you suspect your Forma boots are faulty and they meet the warranty guidelines, we encourage you to contact us. Claims can only be processed for Forma boots purchased in Australia, and proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for returning the boots for inspection.
